“Hot Yoga/Fitness” encompasses all classes taking place in our infrared heated space including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, etc. Each class is limited to 7 participants allowing instructors to offer individualized attention as needed. Hot Pilates

Based on the Classical Pilates Mat exercises, this high intensity, low impact Pilates fitness class is a challenging workout that will fire up the core, increase flexibility, and build overall strength. It includes yoga style flows and barre exercises to help tone and strengthen the entire body!

Hot Barre

This is a high repetition, low impact total body workout! We combine ballet barre, Pilates, and strength training to tone, lengthen and sculpt your body! Each class will combine mat work, light weights, and barre!

Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a classical style of Yoga offering a well-rounded practice suitable for all-levels including a substantial asana practice, mantras, breathing exercises and a long, healing deep relaxation followed by meditation. With steadiness and consistency, this amazing combination will help achieve radiant health, mental strength and emotional well-being.

Meridian Yoga

The Meridian Yoga class is a specific sequence based on the 8-limbed Yogic principles and informed by the traditional Chinese Medicine meridian system of points and pathways. We will incorporate acupressure and other TCM techniques within the framework of a yoga class, working with the physical body and breath in order to bring profound change to the body, emotions and mind.

Soma Restore and Sound Yoga

Somatics help us to increase our vagal tone and aid in:

  • elevating mood

  • reducing anxiety

  • improving digestion

Techniques can include:

  • yoga

  • gentle breath work

  • voice activation

  • other somatic techniques.

All classes will begin with movement focused on releasing muscle tension and end with a relaxing sound bath to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and help you achieve deeper fully body relaxation.
