
Group Pilates
Group sessions offer the most economical choices and are a great way to add more Pilates into your week! Because they are very limited in size (8 people), our instructors are able to offer individualized attention when needed. Sign up below for a single session, a discounted package deal, or one of our membership options!
Classical Mat
Intermediate/Advanced: The Pilates classical mat sequence is performed on classical mats designed specifically for this purpose. A set series of 34 exercises (designed by Joe Pilates) is performed to help develop intense core strength and overall body conditioning. This is a 50-minute session.
Hot Pilates
Based on the Classical Pilates Mat exercises, this high intensity, low impact Pilates fitness class is a challenging workout that will fire up the core, increase flexibility, and build overall strength. It includes yoga style flows and barre exercises to help tone and strengthen the entire body! Practiced in our "White Room" with infrared heat and chromotherapy.
Taught with infrared heat and light therapy.
Targeted air temp: 87-92°

Group Reformer — Circuit Pilates
A Reformer class that offers creative variations designed to make you feel the burn! This class utilizes additional Classical Apparatus: Jump Board, Chair, Pedi Pole, Classical Mat, Cadillac, etc. This is a small group class that allows the instructor to focus on form and individual modifications.
If you have never used a Reformer or are restarting your practice after a long break, you will need to book the Beginner Reformer class first!

A Reformer class that focuses on classical exercises and sequences that can offer beginner to advanced variations. This is a small group class that allows the instructor to focus on form and individual modifications.
